Educational Objectives And Methods

The Annual Meeting of the Western Vascular Society is designed to provide a forum for communicating to the members and guest physicians the latest developments in the art and science of vascular disease and surgery.  The program will include original papers presenting new information of clinical and scientific relevance.  Authored papers supported by visual presentations, panel discussions allow participants the opportunity to discuss the latest clinical and scientific research. 

At the conclusion of the Annual Meeting, participants will have a better understanding of current advances and controversies in the field of vascular and cardiovascular disease for use in their daily practice.

ACCME Accreditation Statement

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the American College of Surgeons and the Western Vascular Society.  The American College of Surgeons is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
